Hotel Policy
- Keeping security in mind visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms but could meet the guest in the lobby.
- Early check-in and check-out are available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and at extra cost only.
- Outside food and liquor are not allowed as we have restaurant and bar in the property.
- Late check-out subject to availability and at additional cost
- Check-in Time:- 1400 hrs
- Check-out Time:- 1100 hrs
Cancellation Policy
- The modification/ cancellation for bookings can be made online through the relevant OTA platforms or by directly getting in touch with our reservation desk (in case of direct bookings).
- Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified reservation will be applicable and can be paid through the same payment mode/card as used for the original reservation.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 100% refund, Cancellations made before 72 hours of the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking date are strictly non-refundable as per hotel policies.
- On cancellation of a refundable booking the refund processing time will take between one (1) to two (2) weeks to show the refund back on your bank statement. Reasons for the specified processing times are based on several factors such as processing time of your bank, processing fees, etc.
Check in Formalities
“As per the current government regulations all guests have to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. This could be a passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card or any other Identity Card issued by the Government of India with address proof. Pan Card will not be accepted as Proof of Identity.”
Booking Policy
- Bookings will be confirmed only on 100% payment basis.
- In case of group bookings number of rooms need to be guaranteed, last minute reduction in the number of rooms would incur a full retention charge.
- Tax Invoice should be asked after guest checkout and within that particular month only.
Child Policy
- Children above 12 years are charged at normal hotel rates.
- Children between 6 to 12 years are charged discounted rates.
- Children below 5years are complimentary.
Special Request
- Please note that thehotel neither guarantees nor is liable to admit any request for amendment in plan or any other special requests which shall be admissible subject to availability on arrival.
- The request for airport pick-up requires intimation to the reservation at the time of the room(s) booking.
Payment Security
Room rent needs to be clear before the arrival of the guest. Failure of this can lead to check-in be denied.
Non Arrival to the Hotel (No show: )
- If you fail to arrive at the hotel , on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel and will be charged for the entire reservation.
- If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.
