Hotel Policy
  1. Keeping security in mind visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms but could meet the guest in the lobby.
  2. Early check-in and check-out are available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and at extra cost only.
  3. Outside food and liquor are not allowed as we have restaurant and bar in the property.
  4. Late check-out subject to availability and at additional cost
  • Check-in Time:- 1400 hrs
  • Check-out Time:- 1100 hrs
Cancellation Policy
  1. The modification/ cancellation for bookings can be made online through the relevant OTA platforms or by directly getting in touch with our reservation desk (in case of direct bookings).
  2. Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified reservation will be applicable and can be paid through the same payment mode/card as used for the original reservation.
  3. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 100% refund, Cancellations made before 72 hours of the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
  4. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking date are strictly non-refundable as per hotel policies.
  5. On cancellation of a refundable booking the refund processing time will take between one (1) to two (2) weeks to show the refund back on your bank statement. Reasons for the specified processing times are based on several factors such as processing time of your bank, processing fees, etc.
